Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your product, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:
  • Personalized & Custom Products: These items cannot be returned. However, if your custom or personalized product arrives damaged or defective, we will send a replacement.
  • Gift Cards
  • Downloadable Software Products

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed automatically and applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank – processing times may cause delays.
  4. If you have done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@bricksmasons.com.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please email us at sales@bricksmasons.com for further instructions.

Shipping Instructions

  • DO NOT send back any product until you receive authorization from our customer support.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
Return Shipping Costs
  • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item, unless the return is due to our error.
  • You are responsible for any costs related to resizing.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on your location, the time required for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Shipping Insurance

If you are returning an item valued over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
